The UPJA editorial team is comprised of four members from the Australasian region: two Editors-in-Chief and two Associate Editors. Editors serve one-year terms, working initially as Associate Editors for the first half of their tenure and then as Editors-in-Chief for the second half. Applications for new Associate Editors are opened twice per year.

Editorial positions are open to all undergraduate and honours students of philosophy studying at institutions Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, as well as those who’ve graduated within the past 18 months. Applications from women and members of other groups underrepresented in philosophy are particularly encouraged.
